Check that the selected folder contains photos in a format supported by Epson Photo+.
The following shows the supported formats.
JPEG
TIFF
BMP
PNG
GIF
Check that the path for the specified folder is less than 260 characters long. Photos in folders with paths longer than 260 characters cannot be read.
