Epson multifunction printers offer numerous ways to prevent faxes from being sent to wrong recipients. The printer requires directly entered numbers to be entered twice. You can also configure a printer to only send faxes from a pre-registered address book, or disable sending to multiple recipients. After a recipient is entered, the printer prompts the user to reconfirm this information by displaying it again when the send button is pressed.
