Menu selection varies by a printer model.
For touchscreen models press the icon directly on the printer’s screen.
For non-touchscreen models use the arrow keys to select items. Then press OK.
Make sure the printer is powered on and ready to use.
Go to the printer and enter the Wi-Fi setup menu by following one of the methods below depending on your printer.

Wi-Fi Setup.
Select Wi-Fi Setup Wizard.
Select your SSID.
The SSID is the name of your Wi-Fi network. The list is sorted by signal strength.
Enter the password for your SSID using the buttons or arrow keys on the printer's control panel.
NOTE:
The password is case sensitive. Your password may contain uppercase and lowercase letters as well as numbers.

If a confirmation screen is displayed on the printer, follow its on-screen instructions until you reach step 7 below.
Depending on the printer model, network connection will start without displaying the confirmation screen.
When a completion message is displayed, Wi-Fi setup is complete.
NOTE:
