Note: Create+ requires Epson Creative Print Ver. 7.4 or later, or Epson Photo+ Ver. 3.8 or later. If you are using an older version of it, please update to the latest version.
FAQ
- Q. An app or content does not open when clicking [Open an App and Print] button.
- A. Make sure that Epson Creative Print or Epson Photo+ is installed on your device.Also make sure your app is updated to the latest version.
For smartphone, Epson Creative Print Ver. 7.4 or later, for PC, Epson Photo+ Ver. 3.8 or later should be installed.If it is not installed, please install it.
