Below is a list of frequently asked questions.

Launch the Settings app, select the Wi-Fi Direct SSID, then return to the Epson Smart Panel app to select your product.
If you are using an Android™ device, tap at the top right of Epson Smart Panel home screen to update the connection status.
If you are using an iPhone® or iPad®, follow the instructions to reconnect. For connection with the product, we recommend infrastructure connection via a wireless LAN router (access point) rather than Wi-Fi Direct connection.
Please check the following.

- Is the product turned on?
- Is your iPhone® or iPad® connected to the same SSID as the product?
- If there is no problem with the above, try restarting the wireless LAN router (access point).
- If you are using iOS 13 or later,or iPad®OS 13 or later, please try restarting your iPhone® or iPad®.
Please check the following.

- Is Wi-Fi on your iPhone® or iPad® turned on?
- Is Bluetooth on your iPhone® or iPad® turned on?
-Is Epson Smart Panel allowed to access your [Location] and [Bluetooth]?

To allow Epson Smart Panel to access, open [Settings]-[Privacy] on your iPhone® or iPad®, and set Epson Smart Panel in [Location Services] and [Bluetooth].
Make sure that the ink cartridges are installed correctly. If the ink level is still not displayed correctly, update the product firmware to the latest version.
This can occur when the maintenance box runs out of free space or when the amount of borderless printing ink pad is at its limit.
Please update the firmware of your product to the latest version.
Update your Epson Creative Print to the latest version (ver.6.2.0 or later).
Print head cleaning cannot be executed if the ink level is insufficient. It is performed by ejecting ink.
With some Android™ devices, you may be asked for permission to connect when connecting in Wi-Fi Direct mode.
When the message is displayed, please select [Approve].
If you are using the product's Wi-Fi Direct frequency at 5GHz, communication may not be stable on some Android™ devices.
Please change the product’s Wi-Fi Direct frequency to 2.4GHz.
In order to connect to the product on Android™ 12 or higher devices, you need "Precise location" permissions.
Open OS Settings > "Apps" > "Epson Smart Panel" > "Permissions" > "Location".
Select "Allow only while using the app" and turn on "Use precise location".

* Location Permissions is required to connect to the product, but Location is not acquired.
Your iPhone® or iPad®'s Location Network permissions to Epson Smart Panel may not be enabled.

On your iPhone® or iPad®, go to [Settings]-[Privacy]-[Location Network] and check if Epson Smart Panel are permitted.
For some products, the number of copies displayed on the product’s control panel during copying may not match the number of copies displayed on Epson Smart Panel.
The "Print Assignments" feature in the "Access to Class" menu applies to Google Classroom student accounts. If you use a teacher account, please refer to the Google Drive folder in menu of document print or use AirPrint.
You can print your photos and documents using your smartphone, tablet or mobile computer from your home, the office, or from across the world.

Connect to the remote printer over a local network.
Turn the remote printing function off and then back on again.
