Paper Crowns

Cute crowns made out of paper. They're easy to make. Putting one on will make anyone feel as if they are on top of the world!

You will need...

Materials:

  • Design paper printed on A4 or Letter size paper

Tools

  • Scissors
  • Glue

Before you start

  • Make sure you have your design paper ready in advance.
  • Don't forget, you can print design paper using the smartphone app "Epson Creative Print". If your model comes with a design paper option built in, you can print it straight from the printer.

How to

  1. Fold a piece of design paper in half lengthwise.
  2. Fold the corners into triangles as shown in the picture, and then continue folding over and over in a triangular pattern.
  1. This should produce a shape that is like a stack of triangles.
  1. Open it up and cut along the creases to create many individual triangles.
  1. Put glue on the triangles, and attach them together in an overlapping way.
  1. Make the crown to fit the wearer's head by varying the number of pieces, or by adjusting the length of the overlapping parts.
  1. Attach the ends to complete your crown.

Combine different patterns to make it more colorful. Use your creativity to make it any way you like.

—Style 2—

You can also fold it into rectangles and cut out leaf shapes to make your crown.
