How to

1 Prepare a sheet of design paper with a margin of 1.5 cm around the edges. (This example uses 10 x 15 cm photo.)
2 Place a photo in the center, make creases around all four edges, and then cut off the shaded four areas shown in the image.
3 Fold the left and right sides first and then the top and bottom along the creases. Cut off the shaded four areas shown in the image.
4 Make the stands. Cut the orange lined parts shown in the image with a cutter leaving about 2 cm margins in the middle and at both sides.
5 Draw a line up from the inside end of each cut and mark the height two thirds of the way up.
From the mark, draw a line down to the outside end of each cut, and then cut them.
6 Place the photo in the center, fold the left and right sides, apply glue to the blue shaded areas shown in the image, and then fold the top and bottom to stick them together.
7 Lift up the cut triangle area. Fold the bottom of the stands inwards checking if the angle of the frame is OK.

For small size or vertical photos, try adjusting the size and angle of the stands.
