Homemade Book Cover

With a wide variety of design paper patterns available, you can change book covers just like you change your clothes!

You will need...

Materials:

  • A sheet of A4 size design paper
  • A paperback
  • If you want to make a book cover for a bigger book, stick together two sheets of A4 design paper.

Before you start

  • Make sure you have your design paper ready in advance.
  • You can print design paper from your printer. You can print more design patterns using the "Epson Creative Print" app.

How to

1 Place the design paper with the printed side facing down, and then place the book in the center of the paper.
2 Make creases to mark the top and bottom edges of the book.
3 Fold either the right or the left side about 2 to 3 cm.
Make sure you crease the paper well where the paper overlaps.
4 Tuck the front cover of the book into the pocket.
5 Fold the other side of the paper to fit the size of the book.
Wrap the book and mark where you will fold before making a firm crease.
6 Tuck the back cover of the book into the pocket as the front cover, and there it is! Your own handmade book cover!
